Now it's Eden's Turn

Eden Bedard takes her turn kicking the paddle. What is important to note is that her sister Jade is still in her fighting stance with her hands up. We teach the juniors to always be focusing whether they are the ones throwing the technique or not. When one person works on the kicking technique which is the offensive side of fighting, the other person works on reading body language and keeping the hands up which is the defensive side of fighting.
