SPARRING WORKSHOP at Nomad
Time: 12h30 to 2h30 pm - Junior and Beginners
3h00 to 5h00 pm - Intermediate and Advanced
Cost: $20/person
You must have all of your equipment prior to attending the workshop - including the following:
hand wraps, 16 oz leather gloves, head guard, mouth piece, groin protector - for the kickboxers, you must have shin guards and foot pads.
