During the Holidays we wish everyone the best and hope you all have some much deserved time to spend with family and friends. Classes will not be conducted during the holidays but the training room is open for full-time members to use for open training. If you're interested in training over the holidays we recommend you use the message board to let other members know when you'll be training.

Open Training Hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

The office will be closed during the holidays. All emails and phone messages will be answered upon our return.
