 Winter Class Schedule (September 2  to December 31, 2008):
The hours of operation for Nomad Kickboxing & Boxing are Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 11:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. During any of these time frames, members of Nomad Kickboxing and Boxing are welcome to come in and use the facilities and equipment freely, except during class hours.

 Class Requirements:


Classes are designed for all fitness levels.

It’s recommended that you bring some water to class and if you have your own boxing equipment then that would be great as well. We do have some community gloves for people, but everyone is eventually expected to get their own equipment. Equipment to bring: 14 oz. Boxing gloves, bag gloves, skipping rope, wrist wraps, shin guards, and footpads. If you would like to purchase equipment, Nomad Kickboxing can get you whatever equipment you require. Pricing is available for packages or individual items.

Description of Class
Open Training
This is your chance to use the kickboxing & boxing room for your own personal workouts. Set up your own training routine and workout on your own or you can workout with other members.  
Group Training This is NOT a class, however it is a great time for you to meet up with other members to do either personal training or partner training. These time frames are when others are typically using the room so that you don't have to train alone.
Circuit Training
Move station from station, within the class, and work on Boxing or Kickboxing techniques.
Conditioning & Flexibility
Develop muscular endurance, strength, speed, and improve flexibility.
Kickboxing
The ultimate full-body workout. Develop skills with both your hands and your feet.
Muay Thai Kickboxing Learn the deadly art of the eight limbs. This class is open to beginners, intermediate, and advanced members.
Kicking
Spend a full hour perfecting the fine art of kicking.
Boxing
This class is dedicated to mastering the fine art of boxing. It's an intense workout from beginning to end.
Competitor Sparring
This is a directed fighting class for people who are interested in taking their workouts to the next level. Equipment is required as well as registration. TO DO SPARRING YOU MUST DO THE CLASS PRIOR TO THE POSTED SPARRING TIME
Supervised Sparring Take all that you've learned and apply it in a controlled, light-contact session. Supervision is required from one of the Nomad Instructors or Assistant Instructors. (Permission Required)
Junior 'Smart Kicks'
The 'Smart Kicks' program develops confidence and self-control for kids ages 8 to 15.
Beginner & Intermediate
Move at your own pace and develop a strong foundation of basic skills.
Pro-Training
Once you're comfortable with the basics you can move to up a pro-style class. Warm up and train with other motivated members while the coach works with the group or individuals. You can practice your boxing, kickboxing or muay thai during this class. Sparring is an optional part of this class. (only for those wishing to spar)
All Levels
This is a great chance for beginners and intermediate levels to get pointers from those more advanced.
