This was an awesome workshop! We had people coming from all over for this one. Members of different clubs working together to perfect their craft. Martin Cantin, a former world kickboxing champion and professional fighter, passed on a lot of great advice to the people that showed up for this event.

Most of the people participating in the event found that the 3 hours flew by. Martin broke the workshop into three specific groups. Each group would work on a specific set of skills and after a set period of time the groups would rotate.

There was also an opportunity to do some sparring. In the end, everyone who showed up had a blast.
