This was a great year for the Nomad team that went down to fight in the CASK Kickboxing nationals. We had loads of fun...as usual...and everyone competed extremely well making the folks back in Ottawa very proud.

Special thanks go out to Aaron Cope & Victor Provost for coaching and to Carianne McMahon and Steve Bedard warming up and organizing the fighters.
