Come out for some fun at Mooney's Bay
Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know that there appears to be enough
people who are interested in training at Mooney's Bay
tomorrow...Sunday the 25th of June.
This training session has been planned as an excuse to have
some fun in the sun. There of course is no charge for this
so please come on out.
All friends and family are invited. If you have someone
who's wanted to try kickboxing or boxing, but hasn't tried
it out yet...this will be a great opportunity for them to
try it in a very fun and relaxed environment.
Here are the details:
Food: bring some if you want to eat.
Water: definitely don't forget this essential ingredient.
Equipment: We're only going to box so just bring boxing
related equipment. DON'T FORGET SUN SCREEN. (gloves, wraps,
shoes)
Time: 1pm until you want to go home (be there on time if
you want to make it easy to find us. After 1pm you're on
your own to find us) Dragonboat is happening and there will
be a lot of people there.
