This was definitely the best workshop that Nomad has put on to date. Otis Grant, former WBO World Boxing Champion, came to Ottawa, in order to put on boxing workshop and let me tell you...it was GREAT!

Everyone had loads of fun with this one. Otis kept everyone busy from start to finish. The room was packed with a great bunch of students, from all over the area, who were just eager to learn. In fact, this workshop brought people in from Cornwall, Petawawa and as far away as Toronto.

We covered a lot of great conditioning and technical training that I know helped everyone out with their boxing development.
