The CASK National Kickboxing training camps held in Oakville, Ontario, have been a great source of information for coaches and fighters alike. The training camps bring fighters from all over the region to work together.

At the training camps there is room for beginners, intermediate and advanced fighters. This applies to both adult and junior members. The great thing is that the team of people there are all helping each other out. The aim is to improve the overall quality of kickboxing as a sport.

Needless to say...Nomad Kickboxing & Boxing members love these training camps. They're a lot of fun as you can see by the photos.
